The new Infinity Operation Mazebreaker box is on the way, so here is a quick look at what is inside and what we are doing with it at Charon Games.
What is in the box
Mazebreaker comes with two new sectorial sets: Nomads (Jurisdictional Command of Corregidor) and ALEPH (Operations Subsection of the SSS). You get 14 metal models total split between them.
The Nomads side has:
- 3x Gatta Alguaciles with Submachine Guns
- 1x Corregidor Bandit with Submachine Gun
- 1x Bearcat Paramedic with AP Submachine Gun
- 1x Territorial with AP Submachine Gun
- 1x Vigilante with Boarding Shotgun
The ALEPH side has:
- 3x Tacbot Dikpalas with Combi Rifles
- 1x Asura with Spitfire
- 1x Naga with Boarding Shotgun
- 1x Shukra with MULTI Rifle
- 1x Sharvara HoundBot with Adhesive Launcher Rifle
It also includes cardboard scenery modules, barriers, a containment pod, and a biotech platform. Plus you get a mat, dice, tokens, and templates so you have everything to set up a table and play.
The new ALEPH models
I am pretty keen to get the ALEPH models on the painting desk. The new sculpts are looking really nice, so they should be fun to paint up for the store.
Bi-weekly events and intro games
We are going to start running bi-weekly Infinity nights at the shop to get a bit of a community going. If you haven't played before, this box has a booklet and tutorial missions that make it pretty easy to learn. We will be using it to run intro games so people can try it out without getting bogged down in the rules.
