Shipping Schedule & Dispatch
Our goal is to ensure prompt delivery for all our customers.
- Shipping Days: We ship orders nationwide from Monday through to Friday.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be given priority and dispatched first thing on Monday morning.
Tracked Shipping for All Orders
For your peace of mind, all orders sent from Charon Games are tracked. If you would like your tracking number, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us, and we will provide it for you.
New Zealand Shipping Rates
We offer FREE SHIPPING nationwide on all orders over $150!
For orders under $150, we use a simple flat-rate system:
- Non-Rural Delivery Flat Rate: $10.00 per order.
- Rural Delivery Flat Rate: $14.00 per order.
These are flat rates, meaning you pay the same shipping price no matter how many items are in your order.

- Courier Services: Orders placed within New Zealand are sent through our trusted delivery partners, Post Haste or New Zealand Post.
- Packaging: We take great care to protect your items. All orders are packaged appropriately and securely to ensure your products arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.
