Super Mutants are the undisputed apex predators of the Wasteland—at least in their own minds. In Fallout: Factions, they reinforce that terrifying reputation with unmatched kinetic brutality. Super-humanly resilient and aggressive as a Deathclaw, these hulking brutes unleash slavering, gore-fed canine monstrosities to hunt alongside them.
Charging into battle under a hail of erratic, high-caliber gunfire, they brandish heavy scavenged weapons engineered to dismember, incinerate, and obliterate opposing forces. Being on the wrong end of a rampaging Super Mutant War-Tribe is a nightmare most survivors only experience once.
