As a freelance operator, Samsa cannot be hired or even contacted directly. He will show up occasionally to offer his services in operations that may be of benefit to the Concordat's secret agenda.
Key Features:
- 1x Freelance Operator Samsa with Plasma Rifle
- A mysterious and powerful Exrah mercenary agent.
- A unique character for a variety of NA2 forces.
