As Raiu (The Storm), they unleash the brutal, crushing impact of their ceremonial yari spears.

First Blood:

Charging into the fray with the unbridled fury of a thunderstorm, the Oni Kishin Raiu function as devastating shock cavalry. Equipped with impressive back banners, these mounted warriors provide crucial presence to support your forces while striking the enemy frontline like a lightning bolt.

The Last Argument of Kings (TLAOK):

The Oni Kishin Raiu is a terrifying heavy cavalry regiment designed specifically to hunt down enemy Brutes and Monsters. Thanks to the Fiend Hunter special rule, this unit excels at bringing down the toughest targets on the battlefield, making it a premier counter-pick against monster-heavy armies.

Their Titanic Defiance rule grants the Fearless trait when locked in combat with Monsters, significantly boosting their staying power in critical engagements. Note that the Fiend Hunter rule also applies directly to the regiment's Impact attacks, making their initial charges incredibly devastating. Despite operating as a Heavy regiment, the Flank special rule allows the Oni Kishin Raiu to enter the battlefield quickly and threaten key objectives from unexpected angles.
