Not everyone in Malifaux fits neatly into a box. The Outcasts are the mercenaries, monsters, bandits, and misfits who walk their own path. Bound by loose contracts or personal codes, they fight for anyone who can pay their price, for their own survival, or for principles that no other faction will uphold.
