The Syndicate rules the region through its famous grand arenas—where massive Buto warriors clash in the brutal dance of Jumo—and its lavish Flower Houses, where wild fantasies can become reality with the touch of a Rose.
Some would liken dealing with the Silvermoon to the flip of a coin: if you are lucky, you come up in the sun with the blessing of the Five Fortunes; call it wrong or try to cheat them, and you are likely to end up face down in the dirt.
